Right now, I really like "Get Back" - The Beatles. There's something about playing on a roof and getting arrested for it that seems very cool.

After all those posts about Mars Attacks and Tom Jones, I've got "It's Not Unusual" stuck in my brain!  Let's change it up a bit.   Here's a clip of him singing that popular song back in 1965.

"Forest Fire" by the Paper Chase. This is a tune that will appear on their new album, which doesn't have a release date yet.

Although for the Chase I am a big fan of the studio version (lead singer Congleton produces music for a living, so the prod. value is amazing) I have to admit there is something wrenching about the raw, acoustic live version. As you check this out keep in mind that there are 4 band members, samplers, and all sorts of noise that will end up on the actual cd version. Knowing that, to hear 1 man and a guitar wake up the senses like this, and in the bathroom no less, KILLER! Also, there is a 2nd live version of this with one of the band members on piano, so you get an idea of how the song starts to evolve........nice stuff.
