My favorite is Ministry's "Lay Lady Lay." My second will have to be "All Along the Watchtower" by Hendrix.

I don't believe Kanye West has covered a Bob Dylan song.

I have not heard about a Bob Dylan cover by Kanye West.

Sorry to be a party pooper but I cant pick just one, he is an icon as far as I
am concerned. He has so many talents to his credit and I personally love
all his music whether done by him or other talents.

Excellent question and this thread has me watching/listening to some killer Dylan covers.

The first one that jumped in my head was Pearl Jam's cover of "Masters of War." Song fits Vedder's voice to a tee, in my opinion.
