What is the meaning of the lyrics in the song "Take a Picture" by Filter?

The song "Take a Picture" is on a lot of movies, and I'm pretty sure that everyone has heard sometime in their life. The most familiar part of the song is "I feel like a newborn." The lyrics are confusing and really do not make sense nor do they have a story. Just wondering if anybody knew what the composer was trying to say?

According to Richard Patrick himself, the song refers to one particular plane trip, on which occasion he stripped his clothes off and was "just running around a plane naked", while the flight attendants tried to get him under control.

That would explain the line "I feel like a new born; kicking and screaming." Naked and throwing a fit like a kid on a plane.
I was trying to click on the link but it wouldn't load. Did it mention him being wasted or messed up during that experience? If so, the line "do you want to take my picture, cause I won't remember" would make some sense as well. I wonder if anyone did take a picture.

The statement comes from an interview he gave to MTV Radio Network. He doesn't say whether he was messed up or not, but I would think he was - here is the full quote:

RP: Actually, my favorite song is "Take A Picture." It brings up the happiest time in my life, I think. One time when I was just running around a plane naked. Ha! I had a lot of fun on that plane trip.

Your interpretation of the song is very much agreeable, I quite like it!
