What is the complete track listing for the DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist mix entitled "Hooked on Atari"

On the album "The Hard Sell: Encore" by DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist there is a mix track called "Hooked on Atari' with a length of 23:49. I'm willing to tip $5.00 to the person that can identify all the songs on the track.

Yes, I know the tracks on the albums. What I am looking for is the tracks/songs that comprise the song "Hooked on Atari" on the album. There are about 10 songs in that single song mixed together and I am trying to identify them.
