Like others before me, I would recommend Tunecore. I've never used it myself, but they've been operating for a while now and I've heard some pretty good things about them.

Also, you may want to look into CD Baby. I believe they offer distribution to iTunes as well as a few other online music stores.

To get your music on iTunes and other sites around the Web, try the Hype Machine (http://hypem.com) Also try Pandora, Last.fm, or Myspace Music.

There is a great comparison of the various servies here: http://www.mosesavalon.com/digidist.html

I have used IODA and Tunecore, and Tunecore is by far much more straightforward and seems to be a better deal if you are just after iTunes. They don't deal with as many online providers as someone like IODA however.

its an awesome site, in which "you pick a song, artist, or composer and it creates a radio station of that song and music like it."

You should check out www.dittomusic.com
They distribute to 700 stores, not just tunecores 9.
They also put you on Spotify or iTunes free of charge, tunecore dont even distribute to Spotify.
You get a fixed release date, become chart eligible and they are a lot cheaper than anyone else on the market.

Definitely one to check out.
