The translation is apparently intended to be "Tragedy leads to Inspiration"

Both phrases appear to be Latin.

Miserable Visu is wonderful by the sight

Exo Malo Bonum is 'good out of evil'

From Wikipedia:
Exo Malo Bonum: "From St. Augustine's "Sermon LXI" where he contradicts Seneca's dictum in Epistulae 87:22: bonum ex malo non fit (good does not come from evil). Also: the alias of the Anberlin song, "Miserabile Visu" from their album New Surrender."

Also from Wikipedia:
Miserable Visu: "the use of a Latin song title for "Miserabile Visu (Ex Malo Bonum)" (as opposed to the English translation "Tragedy Leads to Inspiration")"

"mirabile visu" means wonderful sight, "Miserable Visu" would mean terrible or miserable sight. It is possibly a mistake since its just pop song lyrics, but there is no need to spread the mistake.

@albanian,
Thanks for the correction. I didn't find any definitive sources and a few mentioned "loosely translates into..", so it seemed a bit shady.

Oh, this is my first time, so I forgot to say that the art advances as the mind advances in its evolution over time. We are always able to break all kinds of records because of physical evolution, as an example.
