In reality, my "Top 3" list would shift around quite a bit. But here is a pretty good approximation of my top 3.

Disturbed - Inside the Fire
High on Fire - Rumors of War
OTEP - Ghost Flowers
What does it say about me?
I started liking heavy metal music when I was in my early teens (blame Black Sabbath - Masters of Reality) and I have never quite grown out of it (or grown up for that matter)
I have a few broad field favorites as well (one of them being the best slow song of all time, Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton.. and no I'm not brown nosing), but in general, I typically like my music to have an extra dose of adrenalin, and a singer who swallowed just the right amount of gravel as a kid (Lamb of God is just a bit too much gravel for my tastes, High on Fire is about the maximum recommended dose and Otep is max before people start wondering if she is actually still a girl)

2. Natural Mystic - Bob Marley
3. Down - 311
Love them all!!
I'm not entirely sure what that says about me as that list is kind of random! Metal, Reggae and Rock... Hmmmm...
Perhaps I'm a student of music. The rest of the list is pretty ecclectic too. Some Beethoven, some White Stripes, George Straight, Tom Petty, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode and The Eagles.
What can I say, I love everything!

It's interesting to look at the actual counts - they're not always what you'd think. :)
I know these songs get heavy play on my iPods, but I seem to play Disturbed songs (20 of the top 4) almost exclusively from my laptop.
"Indestructible" is one of those rare albums that pretty much every song is good.
