Probably Myspace music, with a lot of the bands they have all their albums uploaded so you can listen to them all, you can make play lists, you can find all the newest bands five years before they get "Discovered" like Owl City for instance, he just got on VH1 and I have been enjoying his amazing music since Hello Seattle was a new song. Plus it's myspace, who doesn't love that.
Also Pure Volume is pretty nice, it shows whose playing in your area which can come in handy.

Last.fm is my favorite music site. You can sign up and create a profile that shows all of the songs/artists you listen to. There are also recommendations based on what you play, and you can find friends who have similar music taste to you. I also use myspace profiles a lot when I want to listen to music, although the players aren't really good quality.
