Hi, There's so many nowdays, Yesterday I would have said download Spotify, but they have fully blocked it so it only works in the countries on their list as of Yesterday. :-(
By the way, the best by FAR in my opinion is Spotify, so check out if it's available in your area, but they don't have some licenses, eg. Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin.
www.spotify.com
Here's a list, the first few are my favourites, after that no particular order.
Most of the ones in the middle are modified search engines, but are still just as good. Especially if you are looking for something that's hard to find.
Jogli.com - Also plays video if there is one.
songza.fm - Same as Jogli
grooveshark.com - (Allows you to Embed a widget of your Playlist anywhere)
lala.com
stumbleaudio.com
playlist.com
ilike.com
qloud.com
finetune.com
beemp3.com
mp3realm.org
skreemr.com
ssmunch.com (Requires Free Registration)
mufin.com
jango.com
espew.com
podnova.com
deezer.com (Undergoing Maintenance)
imeem.com
hypem.com - Bit of a weird layout blog, i don't really like it.
music.myspace.com - Myspace Music
we7.com
cherrypeel.com
ijigg.com - (Mostly Rare Music)
radioblogclub.com (Under Maintenance)
jiwa.fm
mog.com (Social Site with Music search)
purevolume.com
audiobaba.com - Kinda cool, it allows you to search for songs that sound similar to other songs..
jamendo.com (Mostly for new & undiscovered Artists)
ourstage.com - Another one mainly for new acts
musicgama.com - Small collection
guruji.com - This one is mostly for Indian Music
fairtilizer.com (Similar to jamendo)
Wow.. lot of copying and pasting from my bookmarks there.. ha ha.. gonna have to save this list in text form.
Hope you found it useful :-)

Apart from that it's also worth bearing in mind that there are huge number of songs on YouTube. Just using Google or the search box in YouTube will often find you several versions of the song you want, playlists that include it etc.
Also if you just want to listen to music and not find something specific, there are many streaming radio stations on the net in all kinds of genres. You can use something like Winamp to listen to them.

its free, and with an account you can create playlists, and even send those to your friends, it uses online sites like youtube, and other music/ video streaming sites to find what you search for.
it can also be used without an account, but then you cant create playlists.

I heard that http://www.pandora.com/ is good but I can not use it as I am from the United Kingdom.
My personal favourite would have to be http://www.we7.com/ though as it provide a huge library including vocal and instumental stems.

Search for what you want (for albums add the word "rapidshare")
Download-it (Click Download button or right-click song's name and select "Save link as")
Then you "stream" the music directly from your computer :)
In some sites you can listen before download.

What are some free music streaming websites ....
I recently came across www.playlist.com and I really like it. It is very easy to preview the latest songs before downloading it.
Are there any free websites which offer free full music streaming ? (Something with playlists would be cool)

I'd recommend last.fm, and another similar site is Pandora though that only works in the US. Apart from that it's also worth bearing in mind that there are huge number of songs on YouTube. Just using Google or the search box in YouTube will often find you several versions of the song you want, playlists that include it etc.

You just gave my answer! :)
I've been using last.fm myself, mostly to learn of non-US based acts in similar genres. I've heard techno from Israel, Norway, Brasilia...the list goes on and on.
My station: http://www.last.fm/user/maxzhichao/library
As you can see, I have very diverse tastes, and the system continually adds other acts I've listened to and liked.

IMEEM.com that is the best one I have EVER used. You find the song you like, you add it to your account and you can make playlists. Its like a virtual Ipod, you can make playlists find almost any song you want and it has a message board/chatting so you can talk to other people about the music you like.
