Avril Lavigne dub as the "pop-punk princess,has sold more than 30 million copies of her albums worldwide"(information obtain from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avril_Lavigne) would be one of the riches entertainers on the planet. Having accumulated a lot wealth it would be in her best interest to have her own clothing line for various reasons 1. to sell to her fans 2. this would be a wise financial move to gain more exposure. Nearly all rich entertainers eventually follow this trend.
