Rumor has it that James Taylor is wearing an eyepatch? Where was he seen wearing an eyepatch?

Can you find an image and do you have any info as to why

James Taylor was on CNN's Larry King Live last night, 1/17/09, promoting today's concerts in DC. He was wearing a huge eyepatch on his left eye. His face looked cut up too.

When asked by Larry, he said "I tripped and fell. My wife wanted me to say I hit a doorknob."

The patch was pretty big. Probably has a black eye, and looks cut up. Wonder if he did it just before the Larry King show.

Oddly enough people are using this as a way to direct traffic to their website. The key terms James Taylor and eye patch are found in titles of blogs that have nothing to do with James Taylor.

I thought so too at first--then I saw it twittered...so that can't be it. As far as I can tell by doing a twitter search...he wore one on CNN
