There are several ways to post your music on your Facebook page! Most of them require installing a Facebook application, or "app". Some apps are more full featured than others. Here's a quick rundown of some that may be perfect for what you need.

The Music app by ReverbNation is a great one:

I'd recommend this application because it is designed FOR bands. It lets you upload an unlimited number of songs (some of the apps restrict you to a certain number) and you can sell them write through the application. It also lets your friends share with each other - which is great for "getting the word out" about your band. Plus, having statistics so that you know WHO is listening is a great feature.

Music by Burst Entertainment is another option:

If your MP3's are already uploaded somewhere on the web, this one is great because you can just use the URL link of your songs. Unfortunately, it only supports 2 actual uploaded songs.

MyMusic syncs your iTunes library and lets you play it on your profile:

The one I'd suggest for you is "MyBand" by ReverbNation:
http://www.facebook.com/apps/directory.php#/apps/application.php?id=2405167945&ref=appd
This one is perfect because it's built JUST for bands. It lets you upload songs, input your tour dates, lets people become a fan, join your mailing list, view photos and videos. This is the best one that I'd recommend for you. Here are some great tutorials up on Vimeo:

Hopefully that helps! Good luck with your band!

One of the easiest ways i can think of is Grooveshark.

Go to grooveshark.com and upload your music there.
Then make your playlist, and go to
http://www.facebook.com/Grooveshark?_fb_noscript=1

Or create a Widget and Broadcast to facebook.

(Also works on StumbleUpon and Twitter)

Most bands I know of make My Space pages instead of Facebook pages. Listeners can hear their songs right on their My Space page. I'm not aware of how they do it though, sorry.
