Looking for a CD "Psalms" over 10 years ago, sounds similar to Enya, first song on the cd is Psalms 61

This music sounds a bit like Enya, but the sites I've found claims it was released in 2009:
Celtic Psalms, by Deirdre Nicole Neely, the first track is entitled Psalm 61.

Are you sure this was from 10 years ago? I can't find a single CD before 2008 whose track 1 is Psalm 61.
