Like to know if the 2nd track is Plagiarism of:

There is a bit of similarity between the 2 songs, but not nearly enough to be considered plagiarism in my opinion. If they sound similar, it is purely coincidental. Many popular songs use samples from other artist's music and it is a lot more noticeable.
Have you heard the song "I wish I knew Natalie Portman" by K-OS off his new album? It heavily samples the song "California" by Phantom Planet.
