Just burn it like a normal iTunes CD, and select "MP3 CD" as the disc type.

NOTE THAT THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOUR MUSIC IS ALL IN ITUNES PLUS FORMAT.

If you have older songs that aren't in iTunes Plus, you can convert them in the iTunes store for 30 cents apiece.

Yes, when you put in a blank CD and click "Burn Disc" in the bottom right hand corner, a settings box pops up. Under "Disc Format" click the radio button next to MP3 CD.

Then click burn.

This DOESN'T work, however, if the songs you want to burn are iTunes purchased non-iTunes-plus music.

Go to your my music file (or music depending on which version of windows you have). Open the itunes folder and then the itunes music folder. The music you have purchased will be in that folder. It is legal to burn the music you have purchased to a CD because you have paid for it. Burning it to a CD is a form of data backup. To get it to a CD follow the directions mattman posted earlier, or just open the cd and drag and drop the titles you want if the files are already in the format you want. If they aren't you can copy them to a folder on your desktop and resave them as .mp3 files.

Since these are purchased from the iTunes store, they're AAC. You can't just rename them to MP3 and expect it to work - you need to have iTunes Plus versions of the files, and you need to do it from within iTunes.
