im pretty sure on this one, i know usher runs the show and i dont think he personally has ever remade any songs. So I dont think it would be something he would do for his clients... especially someone so young up and coming... is that how you want to start your career copying someone else =) probably not... dont quote me on this but i doubt it is a cover. ill look into it more and get back.

that comparison shown above sounds nothing like that song... i have been following justin bieber on youtube for some time now i dont think he would copy a song like that.
