Well, apart from Judy Garland? Probably about 50 different artists - even Ritchie Blackmore does a version. How about Django Reinhart, The Dimensions, Tommy Emmanuel, Sam Harris, Rufus Wainwright, Barbra Streisand, Patti LaBelle, Ella Fitzgerald and dozens of others.
