How many people go to a music related event world-wide on a yearly basis?

I'm trying to find out how big the market is of music related events worldwide and how many people are visiting these kind of events (in demographic form).

To be more specific:
I've been searching around on Google for quite some time looking for numbers on how many people visit a concert, festival or any other music related event. I'm trying to determine how big this market is in terms of visitors numbers.

I'd like these numbers to have certain demographic features, such as women / men and some age groups.

I'll also settle for numbers based on the United States of America.
