to most moral people this is would be a horrendous act committed by Angela Simpson. any right thinking person would be disturbed by the acitons of the young lady . i am not saying what she did to Terry Neely was right but can we use this statement to understand why Angela committed this act. and the statement goes like this "the end justify the means" as we can see in the above statements Miss Simpson had a phobia towards Terry Neely, because of this the right thing(action) for her to do was to kill Mr. Neely. the main reason why Angela Simpson killed Terry Neely can be determined by this statement "Simpson said she was "kind of relieved" that police arrested her.
