"I don't want my children or the people I consider family to be in a place where there are snitches," she said. "I believe informants and child molesters should be killed ... period," she said."Guilty? For ridding the world of a snitch? No, I don't feel guilty," she answered." (information obtain from http://www.azfamily.com/news/homepagetopstory/stories/phoenix-news-081909-burned-body-arrest.f6bea024.html)
as we can see Angela Simpson has a phobia towards informants and child molesters. "Terms indicating prejudice or class discrimination
See also: List of anti-ethnic and anti-national terms.A number of terms with the suffix -phobia are primarily understood as negative attitudes towards certain categories of people or other things, used in an analogy with the medical usage of the term. Usually these kinds of "phobias" are described as fear, dislike, disapproval, prejudice, hatred, discrimination, or hostility towards the object of the "phobia". Often this attitude is based on prejudices and is a particular case of general xenophobia." (this information was obtained from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phobia)
to most moral people this is would be a horrendous act committed by Angela Simpson. any right thinking person would be disturbed by the acitons of the young lady . i am not saying what she did to Terry Neely was right but can we use this statement to understand why Angela committed this act. and the statement goes like this "the end justify the means" as we can see in the above statements Miss Simpson had a phobia towards Terry Neely, because of this the right thing(action) for her to do was to kill Mr. Neely. Sometimes i asked my self why would a man strap bombs to his person and blow up other people? after reading this site it give me a little insight as to why. please read "http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article9327.htm" . just like Ms.A Simpson the suicide bomber sees nothing wrong with taking other peoples lives because of the phobia they have towards them. by carrying out the act they are justified and has done a good deed. hence the statement "Guilty? For ridding the world of a snitch? No, I don't feel guilty," she answered."
the main reason why Angela Simpson killed Terry Neely can be determined by this statement "Simpson said she was "kind of relieved" that police arrested her. She also said she takes medication and might be considered mentally ill" (obtain from http://www.azfamily.com/news/homepagetopstory/stories/phoenix-news-081909-burned-body-arrest.f6bea024.html) from this we can gather because of her illness and medication she was not in her right mind. if that was the real reason for the killing and not just her phobia then MS Angela Simpson would need psychiatric help.

OPEN THREAD: Angela Simpson kills "snitch," has no remorse
Phoenix woman Angela Simpson brutally murdered a police informant, then stated in her jailhouse interview that she only was upset that she couldn't kill more snitches.

She's crazy. Someone normal wouldn't do such... :( I feel sorry for the victim as well as for the family. I hope justice will prevail.

It is a very common reason given for violence to new inmates whether it is justified or not. The information about a persons case is provided by prison guards to inmates so "prison justice" can be served.
But it's an illusion perpetuated by the prison system as a means to control the inmates because given the chance most of them would snitch on another inmate with the proper rewards they know can be made available to them (drugs, sex, condoms, privileges, etc.) and many also display deviant sexual behavior. In this case "deviant" refers to sexual activities that differ from their street personas. (Source: Personal knowledge of these facts gained through firsthand guard and inmate confessions.)
That being said, I wonder what that woman's background and associations in regards to the prison system have been. Whatever the case, she'll have an easier time in prison (at first) for her very public behavior and outcry.
In my opinion anyone who enacts violence on another without their explicit consent is mentally ill and needs psychiatric care. Giving a "reason" for the behavior never excuses it.
