According to the Times Online, two Japanese companies made bids on distributing the film.
Marc Pice, the Welsh producer, said, “We seem to have sorted something out for Japan, which means we’ll get to do a Japanese dubbed version. I’d love to have a UK or US distribution deal. I just want people to see it."
The short answer is that you may have to wait awhile, or learn Japanese. Marc Price has titled his independent film company 'Nowhere Fast Productions'

Where can I watch the zombie movie "Colin?"
It premiered at Cannes recently and allegedly had a budget of only $70!

You can probably download it from a torrent. You need a program to download the file though. I recommend Transmission. Go to www.torrentz.com and search for it. It'll come up with a list of torrent websites that have it. Always look for the one with the best health. The better the health, the faster it'll download.
