I don't believe that exists (what I mean is, a website is not dedicated in doing that) - BUT I have heard that www.imdb.com allows you to do this. I haven't seen anything on there so have a look.
However, I suggest that if you are wanting to translate movie titles then you do the following:
Select the movie you want and translate it on www.yahoo.com/babelfish
Put the translated name into www.imdb.com

Ex. What's the Portuguese title for Dead Poet Society?

Thanks cjd. The problem with movie titles is that they are frequently not literal translations. For example. The film "Addicted to Love" has the title in Portuguese "A Lente do Amor" which means "The Lens of Love". I am sure a database of these translated movie titles exists (perhaps even on IMDB) but I have not found it yet.
