Babel and Crash are pretty simular to Adoration, in the sense that everything is connected and different stories intertwined together to make a successful film.

21 Grams is pretty simular as well, but more dark and less entertaining. Other than those, Im not sure what exists. Im sure there alot of movies simular, but I usually watch comedy and action.
