Hi,

Breaking Dawn is not going to be out for several years...so they won't be concentrating much about the age rating of the movie as of yet.

However, it is likely they will not let it go to a "R" rating, as they will lose a lot of people who would like to see the movie and will try and get it down to a PG-13.
