I don't think so; I think this is just an April Fool's Joke. The only news source that seems to be reporting this is www.reelzchannel.com, and if it had actually happened, the 'press release' would be all over the place announcing it.

Plus, there has been no mention on www.superherohype.com. which is pretty much the best resource out there for legitimate announcements and news regarding superhero films. There is no mention of it on their front page and noone is even talking about it on the Spiderman 4 forum.
