I have an autistic boy (10) so I totally understand. Sadly, I can't find a single place online that sells that particular logo poster. What if you get a high resolution version of the logo as a screen saver? Would that work for him?
You can open any of your Fox DVDs with VLC and take a screen grab, this will give you something good enough to at least print it (you can have it printed larger at a local Kinko's or Office Depot).
Here's one I just took off a DVD, 853×480:

Try emailing a request explaining about your son to 20th Century Fox Theatricals or the Studios, which is the most likely to have large posters and logoed items laying around. For kids with disabilities the person opening the later will usually feel moved to just talk to their boss and mail you a package with a bunch of their stuff.
Their email is foxmovies@fox.com, but a snail mail or phone call will probably be much more effective and can't get lost in the spam folders.
Write to:
20TH CENTURY FOX THEATRICALS
P.O. BOX 900
BEVERLY HILLS, CA 90213-0900
or to the LA studios at
10201 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90035
Or call the LA studios at 310-FOX-INFO (310-369-4636) and talk to the operator. If you're friendly and explain your case, the Marketing department or Art Department will probably want to hook you up.

Where can I find a 20th Century Fox Logo poster for my autistic son?
He loves to look at the logo all day. Can you please help me find where I can purchase a poster and other 20th Century Fox logo items? Thank you, Lori

I found a poster vendor selling a multi-autographed poster of the logo, however it's up to $450. The poster itself looks like just the thing if only it weren't so autographed and expensive. I've sent a message to the seller asking if he knows where non-autographed versions could be found, but he may not even bother answering. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300283959207

I know this was answered a while ago, but if you still have the need (I know my son is always looking for more of his favorite things), have you tried letting Fox know?
