I would like to see it. he will probably make some interesting points. he has a certain viewpoint, not necessarily mine.and there will probably hyperbole but sometimes he really hits his make like with Fahrenheit 9/11. and other times he makes serious factual mistakes such as in bowling for columbine. so I reserve judgment until I actually see it.

the actual trailer itself was witty. I like the part about going over to AIG and getting the taxpayer money back.

Oh did I mention I will probably see this movie based on the strength of Fahrenheit 9/11, he pretty much hit that one out of the park, so no one thinks I'm not a fan of what he does. just have problems with some of the methods

What were the serious factual mistakes in ''Bowling for Columbine''?

and I'm convinced people on the left are unclear as to what racist means just as people on the right have no idea what a socialist is.
I did like the part where he shows up with bags to get the taxpayer money back.

Kudos to defolts for pointing out the factual errors Michael Moore has made in the past. The one that really made me upset was the one he made in Fahrenheit 9/11 about the bin Laden family being aloud to leave without being interviewed.

He has made factual errors but has always been upfront about where he stands on the issues and what his views are.
I don't agree with this guy a lot of time but I respect what he does.
I also think his is a voice that needs to be heard. but if he does the privileged white male thing I would like to remind him that psst Mike you are a white male.

All good points. I respect and admire Moore for his guts and unabashed manner - he says what he thinks (very loudly, sometimes) and reveals information that some of us would not otherwise be aware of. Admittedly, I do find him a bit brash, and some of the things he does make me cringe. However, I think that he does fill a niche, since those who lean to the left (to generalize) at times, tend to be more deferential, polite, and apt to use humor to make their points than their right-wing counterparts. I'm looking forward to seeing this movie as I'm sure it will be informative and good for a chuckle or two. However, I'll be sure to take anything said with a grain of salt.

Kalane its seems that way regarding the left, the left wants to make a point and argue on the merits the right wants to shut people down and get their way regardless. witness the whole health care debate, anyone that was paying attention knew if democrat won, we would finally get some type of national health care system and yet the right is having fits over it.

Seems like it will be funny, but in the typical Michael Moore way it will also be over the top. I'll definitely see it and enjoy it as a laugh. I find him to be a great filmmaker but one that goes over the top to a fault to illustrate a point. I expect this movie to be a more sensationalistic version of some other non Michael Moore documentaries including Maxed Out (about credit card companies).

this guy is a genius and definitely should be credit for the undertaking of such films.the satire he provides in these films are priceless and i think that all people of class color and creed should watch them.what i really like about his style is that he puts people on the spot and by doing this provides the audience with insight as to how people deal and react to to certain allegations.tell how many film makers have the testicular fortitude to make films like these and stand up against big companies businesses etc. will watch because i think it would expose how corrupt the system is.
