The original title for 'Return of the Jedi' *was* in fact 'Revenge of the Jedi'. These posters were produced en masse and actually displayed for some time. But then Lucas had a change of heart: a true Jedi would never seek *revenge*. So at the eleventh hour, the title was changed, and all these posters were recalled. Yet, some still survive :)

Jason, the poster in your question is not a 'fan, fake or parody'. The original title for 'Return of the Jedi' *was* in fact 'Revenge of the Jedi'.
