I'd say Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas. It's great anytime between Halloween through Christmas.

Since Sweeney Todd came out on xmas day, does that count?

For the whole xmas feel, I would have to agree with those above and say A Christmas Story...just don't shoot your eye out...
