1. It wakes you up.
2. You start the day looking and smelling great.
3. Your hair looks fresher, not having been slept on.
4. If you shave in the shower, your shave is fresh.
Morning shower disadvantages:
1. Most people do it, so you have a line.
2. If it's cold, getting out of bed and showering is difficult to do.
3. If you have long hair, drying your hair slows down your morning routine.
4. You go to bed at your dirtiest point, causing the sheets to need more frequent cleaning.
5. You are the most stale right before going to bed. If you are married and share a bed, this reduce the romance.
Even though I'm married and have long hair, I've decided the fresh feel of showering in the morning outweighs the disadvantages. I just make sure to freshen up before bed.

M$In the morning you wake up all tired, grumpy, and confused. Coffee doesn't help so we jump in the shower and think that it will refresh us. But when you think about it, you were gonna wake up eventually anyway and now you're all clean, ready for the day ahead, only to get smell an hour after your shower! But actually, for some people it may be rejuvenating, for others it is actually tiring, relax your body, and prepare it for sleep. I use to shower in the mornings when I was still in high school but now it's night shower for me! I do still shower in the mornings on occasion. After speaking some ills about it, the best advantage about taking shower in the morning is that you get your body cleaned up for the day, and also guarantees you decent hair from shower, so you won't go to school or work all dirty and stinky from the smell of your bed!
Showering At Night
Well, I shower at night now, I do this because I know I'm not going to get all hot and sweaty (well, on my average night - lol) until the next day at work so there is no real risk there. It is relaxing and gets you prepared for bed. I prefer it that way, but I'm not what you would call a 'morning person' so go figure. And, as I said before, a shower doesn't wake you up, it will just relax your body and prepare you for sleep. This is also a good thing for insomnia sufferers.
