This is debatable. According to Suze Orman, things will not get better and will we regain our hope until 2015. So, if you go by what she says, then the recession will be longer. If you go by some economists, some say the end of 2009.

• I believe starting from 2006 it will take 20 years to return back to a boom economy. It will take time for America to save and rebuild their wealth.
