I'm guessing that he survives and that the majority of stockholders will blame the government.

• Shareholders remember the money they lost from the Merril Lynch merger and bonuses. Your predicting that the number of upset shareholder will not be enough to out Lewis and the upset the board.

BofA stripped CEO Lewis of his Chairman job but kept him as president and CEO. Walter Massey replaces Lewis as Chairman. Lewis survives and the board does not get ousted.
