Where do I enter Form 1099 (Rev. 9-07) into turbo tax 2008?
Form 1099 (Rev. 9-07) ? It's from the IRS it's interest or a credit due to overpayment of federal tax over one year or more than one kind of tax. At the end it says"... report this interest as income on your return."
Should I go to the 1099-MISC section? or put it somewhere in the interest section?
The form has 5 boxes. None are numbered the bottom box does have "PAYER'S Federal Identification Number"
It's not a 1099-G 1099-INT 1099-MISC or isn't labeled as such it's just got on the side Form 1099 (Rev. 9-07)

According to the Department of Revenue, you treat it like a 1099-G: http://dor.mo.gov/tax/personal/faq/1099g.htm#6
Turbo Tax says 1099-G covers any government payment (see images). So you should choose 1099-G.

Good job, an actual government site is helpful, never had any direct reference to the (Rev. 9-07) which still just confuses me but works for me.
I looked long and hard for this answer. I found a page that just might be helpful to you, which I looked over for about 15 minutes, but I just couldn't find what you were looking for. Here's the link if you want to go over it as well. Its just a tax questions site.

Looking further, I found this answer to somewhat of the same question at this address... http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080309150100AAtIuFM
The answer that I think you want is on that page. That answer being "The tax software will ask you if you had any interest income. Click "Yes" and follow the prompts."
