I would contact the SBA in Arizona
http://www.sba.gov/localresources/district/az/index.html

I would also contact The Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry
http://www.azchamber.com/

Just these two will give you good leads on where else to look if they can't help you outright.

Chamber of Commerce is always a good idea. You can also use social networking to talk with business owners in Arizona.
