At this particular moment Santa Barbara is completely intact just by checking Google Maps it seems to be in 1 piece.

I wonder what you are referring to, I wonder if it has anything to do with this breaking news about a Oil Leak off their coast? Because if that gets bad, we can say Santa Barbara will soon be destroyed. However it's not the first time there's been a leak on SB coast.
