I'm surprised to hear that. I thought they were doing well since it seems they are buying out all these other banks. All the Lasalle banks around here turned into Bank of America, and now Countrywide bank where I have an account is now known as Bank of America.

• I knew their TCE ratio was half of 2000 TCE. If the Fed was using pre 2006 TCE ratios then, it makes sense that the Fed would order the banks to increase their capital assets.
