No. I think you answered your own question. 56 billion is not even close to significant compared to the overall.

It is not obvious whether 56 billion demonstrates corporate debt is healing. Everyone is measuring normal as pre-peak numbers. Derivatives and CDS markets were out of this world. To the moon. So what is normal?
