It's extremely dangerous to regulate because you can have unintended consequences. Sometimes we don't know what's going to happen next. Does that mean we should try and stop it? My vote is no.

Is it logical to allow leveraging and borrowing too move infinite? How much leveraging and borrow can the system take before it collapses?
