I eat at home or bring a lunch to work most of the time. Some times I will go out for lunch or dinner on the weekend. So I would say I eat out about 1-2 times per week.

On average I think we eat out four times a year. However, I think this year will be different since we made our commitment to be debt free, and pay cash to repair our car.

We do however, freeze meals for later and we, jokingly- call that eating out.

On actually eating out I think we spend $100 a year on it. So monthly it's about $8.34 cents.

When I was pregnant with my first, I thought I had to eat out every meal because I couldn't stand the smell of someone cooking. If I'm not mistaken my husband and I blew through several thousand dollars in one summer by doing that. What a huge mistake.
