I think you will have to provide a lot more information about what you are talking about. It sounds like you are asking about the Old West in the movies rather than current law.

Can you make a land claim with Gold extraction rights, today? Supposely, the law is in favor of Gold prospectors.

Prospectors are very effective at finding gold.

For example, when the gov deregulate Uranium, prospectors found numerous sites for mining Uranium.

What is the current law of Gold prosecting and land claims today?

It would certainly only apply to Federal government land but the government stopped giving away its land long ago. Even mineral rights are auctioned off now not given. There are a lot of scam investments which flood any attempt to search on this subject.
