in my opinion, though I hate to admit it, Zecco is better, Don't like the fact that they offered free trades, then knocked it to a 2500 account minimum, and now doesnt even offer it unless you have 25,000 in an account, and then you only get 10 a month. though i recommend just 2 trade, 250 a trade and 50 cents a contract(if you buy or sell options to effectively limit your risk.
