Yes, the US mint website has info on the coin. http://www.usmint.gov/pressroom/?action=photo#2009DCTerri
From the US Mint.gov website:
" District of Columbia
Front: Same image as the other 50 State Quarter image
Reverse: "Duke Ellington"
Description: Features native son Duke Ellington, the internationally renowned composer and musician, seated at a grand piano with the inscriptions, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, DUKE ELLINGTON and JUSTICE FOR ALL, the District's motto.
Sculptor: Don Everhart "
Nice, I've got most of the coins..
The US Mint sells a kit where you can display all of the 50 State quarters plus US Territories (since DC is not a "state"-- yet.)
Or you can order sets by State & Territory (in sets).
