Gold to DOW ratio is far away from what it should be.
Gold will outperform everything the next 2-3 years!

The problem is:
even is estates prices go up 2%, the value will go down. long term scenario:
your hous will be of no value soon!

People don't earn more money, so where will the customers come from?
More and more people are loosing the jobs, just right now!
