The merge of Country Wide accounts (CW) to Bank of America accounts (BofA) is not complete as of yet. CW account holders should continue to remit their mortgage payments as 'usual' until the transition is completed. Once this transition is complete BofA will update the current CW account holder with. a "Welcome to Bank of America" letter which will provide information on any changes that directly affect the newly acquired Account holder, including updated contact and address changes for remitting your payments.
