Can I transfer money from paypal to my bank account ? I am a non-US (Sri Lanka) citizen. If not what can I do with the money earned ?
I am thinking of how I can receive the money from Mahalo to my bank account. If I can't I am thinking of buying a premium account at Megaupload or Rapidshare. They cost nearly 60$.
1. Then how much I retrieve from Mahalo to have 60$ in my paypal account ?
2. If I cannot transfer money to my bank, what else can I do ? Any suggestions like Online Shopping (Which offer shipping to Sri Lanka) ?

PayPal only supports sending money for Sri Lanka. You will not be able to receive payments at all. You should contact Mahalo to ask them if they support any alternative payments.
Click on worldwide from the paypal.com homepage and then select Sri Lanka and you will see what is allowed.

So long as your checks have a routing number and checking account number on them, you should be able to link your PayPal account to your bank account.
To do this, log in to your PayPal account, click the "My Account" tab, hover over the "Profile" link and select "Add or Edit Bank Account." Enter your routing number and checking account number, then submit the info. I believe there is a verification process as well, but it may vary internationally (I am a US customer.)
