Per Footnote 23 (page 112) of the American Express 2008 10-k filing with the SEC, American Express recorded $852,000 in delinquincy fees for the year ended December 31, 2008.

Although I wasn't able to get you an actual figure I'd almost bet it is buried within these pages:

I searched and searched but I suspect it is hidden under some innocuous language. Interesting reading nonetheless.
