What do you think will happen to the Playboy empire if Playboy Magazine goes up for sale?

Taking serious losses right now, Hugh Hefner is considering putting Playboy Magazine on the market. What do you think this will mean for the magazine?

I believe the Playboy brand is pretty strong, so the empire will still exist no matter who owns Playboy. The Playboy bunny rabbit is certainly an iconic brand that will live on.

• Good point. If he sells, he'll sell the whole empire, so it's already coming with a following. I've heard a few other people say that it's time for Playboy to get a facelift anyway. A lot of it's practices are outdated.

I have a hard time understanding how this magazine is even relevant anymore. Unless you have safe search on, it's hard to avoid porn. I have been expecting the magazine to fold for some time now.
