For the most part, most of the sites and magazines that vote on who the sexiest person is are only using votes from the US, maybe Canada, and maybe the UK. There are a lot of other women in the world than in these countries. Also, you have to take into consideration the fact that the overall majority of attractive women are not even celebrities. How is the average person going to know about them?
So, in essence, I do not agree with teh fact that Minka Kelly is considered by this publication as the sexiest woman alive. How can they know for sure? Have the voters seen every woman in the world? No. Have they seen half of the women in the world? No. Have they seen 1% of the women in the world? No. Shall I go on?
