Can you find articles about the Future of Detroit?

Not specifically the car industry...
Articles that add specific dates are good, but not mandatory.

articles that contain futuristic predictions
"In the year 2015 Detroit's population is expected to be..."

or reported facts
"In the year 2025 Detroit will be hosting the..."
or
"the Detroit building will be complete by 2022"

I'm working on an experiment....

May 31, 2009 02:58 PM - Fact Refuted
Although the head for the first article discusses the death of Detroit suburbs, its a bit misleading, as the article actually goes on to explore which suburbs will prosper and which won't.

I don't know exactly what fact you're refuting. The title of the article is: UM prof predicts death of some suburbs by 2025, but yes, it does also mention segments of Detroit that will remain unaffected.

Ha! The Ann-Arbor-Detroit rail line opened in Oct. 2010. Yeah right. I'll be amazed if they START it by then.

My prediction: Construction project begins December 2010, and then is stopped by the following spring due to lack of funds. Will become the embarrassment of the state government. Just a guess.
