I need to find a hotel & prices for a double or twin room somewhere in Cancun's Hotel District, Mexico

So, my buddy has found himself stuck in Cancun, as one of his party has decompressed himself Diving and can't fly.

 I need to help him find a twin or double room in a decent hotel and prices in the hotel district, "it doesn't have to be 5*, but not a hostel." he says. They need the room from sunday night, and don't know how long (until he's well enough to fly again

So that i can save his ass, using the power of mahalo. I'd appreciate any suggestions - best if anyone has experience of the area, but i know i can't be choosy. .

I've never been, so I can't vouch for these...but...I found a site: http://www.cancun.com/Cancun/Hotels/ that lets you search for hotels(like travelocity, expedia, etc) and specify the city of cancun.

There are cheaper ones on there if you need. They also have a star rating if you want to compare/contrast.
