Dr Oz, I am 45 years old and currently experiencing hot flush very rampantly at least 4-5 times throughout the night. Can you help?

Can you recommend any natural supplement instead of HRT which am trying to avoid taking. What would you recommend on daily food diet. I get into very bad mood swing and getting into depression too. I had very active lifestyle. I worked as a Realtor and move about a lot daily. My mood swing had got me into very difficult moment with people around me. I just want to keep to myself. I hope you can give me some tips to improve my situation.

Hi @annna. Unfortunately, Dr. Oz won't be able to see your question here. The page you asked the question from is about his show 'Ask Dr. Oz', and he is in no way affiliated with Mahalo.

However, I did a search for you and discovered that Dr. Oz recommended Bioidentical Hormone therapy for menopausal symptoms on an Oprah episode. You can read more about it here:
